Hai An's business plan in 2021
According to Hai An, fleet capacity is increased by more than 30% in the last 8 months of 2021, the company's transport volume plan increases by 38%. However, due to the recovery of the economy and the policy of continuing to maintain low supply of crude oil by OPEC + crude oil exporting group, the price of oil started to increase from the end of 2020 and has continued to increase until now. Therefore, despite the increase in output, Hai An said that the fleet's business results are expected to increase only 10% compared to 2020.
Hai An has completed the investment in two ships of 1,700 TEU type with a total investment of 380 billion VND. The company forecasts that the world economy will recover quickly and transportation demand will continue to increase in the coming years, so Hai An will continue to search for more suitable vessels to rejuvenate the fleet. The company plans to invest in an additional vessel of 1,000 - 1,500 TEU with a total capital of about VND 200 billion. The total investment capital for the fleet in the 2021 plan is about 580 billion VND.

It is expected that the total investment of Hai An in 2021 will be about 300 billion VND. The company also continues to look for investment opportunities in logistics infrastructure in the Central region and the Mekong Delta.
